I coordinated the interviews with experts in New York and LA which involved sourcing and securing a location and local crew and kit. The experts travelled from all over America and we had 32 interviewees over 5 days-I liaised closely with them to insure the interview days ran smoothly for all involved. I worked closely with our American Producers who were setting up the drama shoot. I assisted in setting up the cost book, updating it and keeping accurate logs of the spend on the shoots.

This was a co-production with Canadian company, Cream. I was responsible for coordinating the multiple interview shoots across America which involved a 3 week tour for each team. I set up 'I' VISAs, sourced crew and kit and kept track of spends per episode. I worked closely with the Canadian team ensuring the smooth running of the drama shoots and helped to set up the post production.

This was a fast turn around documentary (delivery was in less than four weeks) primarily shot in the USA. I co-ordinated the shoots and compiled and distributed call sheets to the crew. The Production Manager was away for a week of production, and during this time I organised two last minute shoots which included reconstruction and looked after the edits. I over saw tape movement between the US and the edit in the UK, inputted into the cost book and completed post production paperwork. I also helped with the reversioning for worldwide distribution.

As there was no Production Manager on this series I was in charge of the day to day running of the production. I set up all aspects of the shoot across the UK and dealt with all issues that arose. I worked closely with the SP and drew up shooting and edit schedules. I set up all post production paperwork and dealt with day to day issues.
During my time at the company I also assisted in the co-ordination of a corporate shoot in Munich for Rolls Royce.

I worked primarily on the VT team organising and setting up the logistics for shoots in the UK, Europe and America. I was responsible for hiring crew and equipment, ensuring contributors and crew had the appropriate travel and accommodation arrangements, overseeing collection of release forms and clearance logs and putting together call sheets for each shoot. I also worked at the studios at BBC TVC, organising travel and accommodation for celebrity and non-celebrity guests. I was also responsible for putting together access lists and organising gifts for guests.

I have worked over four different channels at Ideal World, on live and pre-recorded shows and have over 900 hours of live TV experience as a Floor Manager. I was souly responsible for the set up of live shows, liaising with producers, directors, clients and presenters to fulfil their requirements. I was also responsible for researching a wide range of products thus insuring smooth production of shows.
