Shortly after an abusive relationship ended, she recall staring at the ceiling of the white hospital room and thinking to herself, “Well, you can't get married now. So now what?” and a little voice responded saying, “Why not try acting?” Against her parents advice, Roe dropped out of Regis University in pursuit of an acting career. She started in a few student films and plays in Denver, CO and quickly moved to Albuquerque, NM, where the Land of Enchantment has created more opportunities for growth and exposure. Roe's most recent achievements are the supporting roles in the short films like She Must Be an Angel by Karmelman Productionsand Missing You, a Central New Mexico Student Film. Roe's proudest achievement is booking a Chicago Student Film entitled Vestal Awakening where she got to play Jess the “Office Bunny.”
