Arsenal v LiverpoolSky Sports 1 Sunday 12th December at 4pmThis match will bring together two of the most talked about personalities in the football world.Arsene Wenger and Rafa Benitez the managers of Arsenal and Liverpool respectively are constantly praised and criticised in the sporting press. Both men having imposing stubborn personalities with strong views on how a football club should be run.The two teams are desperate to secure 4th place in the Premier League to ensure that they will be playing in the Champions League next season. The pre-match discussion will most probably cover the position of both the managers and the performance of the two clubs to date. Liverpool have been particularly disappointing, while Arsenal as always playing the most attractive football will have an extremely difficult task to win the League Championship. The match should be a great one with each team fighting for the 3 points and is not to be missed.Small IslandBBC 1 Sunday 13th December at 9pmThe programme which is in two parts is based on the novel of the same name written by Andrea Levy. There are five main characters in this Television adaptation. Secretly watching in another room are officious persons who from time to time remind the team to observe the Official Secrets Acts. The reason for this is apparently not to panic the public as no rational explanation can yet be found as to the abnormal activities which are being revealed to take place in the future.Watch this episode even if you haven’t seen the previous ones so that you will enjoy the last one on the 22nd December, when all should be revealed to us or all of my valuable time will have been wasted.
