Jenelle Evans is ready to rock the next season of Teen Mom 2 with her new and improved look.The reality TV mother underwent breast implant surgery Wednesday, E! Online reports. A friend had tweeted a photo of Evans wearing a hospital gown and cap right before she went under the knife.
