1.3 Our site is specifically directed towards those who have a genuine connection with and interest in the art and entertainment industry and those who employ persons in that industry.
2. Scope
2.1 These terms and conditions are a legal agreement between you and us and apply to your use of our website. You must read, agree with and accept all the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and our privacy policy before you can utilise our services. These Terms and Conditions apply to all access commencing on or after [date].
2.2 You are solely responsible for the input of data. Tea Network does not accept any liability arising out of any choice you make. This is particularly important when you start to put together a skill-set or profile.
2.3 When you input data onto the website you expressly authorise us to make that data available to other registered users of the site and to prospective employers.
2.4 We will endeavour to distribute vacancies registered with us by employers to those of you whose profile is close to the criteria set by the employer.

Tea Network makes no representation that its services are appropriate for use or available in other territories. Access to, use of the information available and the input of data through the Talent and Production website may be prohibited or otherwise restricted by laws applicable in jurisdictions other than the United Kingdom. If you are accessing the Talent and Production website outside of the United Kingdom you must take all necessary steps to ascertain the extent of any prohibition or restriction and comply fully with such provision.
3. Access
3.1 We reserve the right at all times and at our sole discretion to deny access to our website for any reason and without liability to you.
3.2 We also reserve the right at all times to remove the whole or any part of the data loaded by you or others on your behalf for any reason and without liability to you.
3.3 If for any reason the services shown on our website are not available or are incorrectly described, we shall not be obliged to provide you with such services.

4. Registration
In order to use all the facilities the website offers you will need to register with us and complete certain fields on an online application form. You will be asked to input a user name and a password.

6.2 You personally warrant if you contact us as a representative of an employer that you are duly authorised to represent the employer and that that the employer is a genuine commercial organisation whose authorised activities include the promotion and/or performance of art and entertainment performances having all appropriate licences and registrations.
6.3 You further warrant that you will exercise caution, good sense and proper judgement in using our website. You are responsible for all your content and website links which you post to us. You agree, represent and warrant that any information you post or provide to us by means of the website is truthful, accurate, not misleading and offered in good faith. Such information (including without limitation, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials whatsoever), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted is your sole responsibility.
6.4 We do not monitor communications or content used or posted by you.
6.5 You agree that use of any information obtained via our website is at your own risk.
6.6 You further warrant that material loaded by you onto our website is not obscene, defamatory of any person or in breach of copyright or other intellectual property laws and rights.
6.7 Note: uploading music you did not create or have rights to reproduce is a contravention of our terms of use and may be against the law. If you upload music which is protected by copyright without the consent of the owner of the copyright we reserve the right to remove such content.
6.8 You grant to us or are authorised to grant on behalf of the copyright owner an irrevocable perpetual worldwide royalty free licence and right to use the material loaded by you onto our website for all purposes in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
6.9 You acknowledge and agree with us that you will take every reasonable precaution and exercise extreme caution and discretion when responding to proposals of employment including checking that the prospective employer is a genuine organisation. You should in all cases take the advice of Equity or other union, agent or other adviser. Under no circumstances if you are under the age of 18 should you respond to a proposal of employment except through your parent/guardian.
7. Our Warranties to You
7.1 Tea Network warrants that any services that you buy from us will at the time of delivery to you correspond to the description given by Tea Network. Except where you buy as a consumer (as defined in Section 12 Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977) all other warranties, conditions and terms relating to fitness for purpose or merchantability, whether implied by statute, common law or otherwise are excluded. No statement, description, information, warranty, condition or recommendation contained in any page of our website, catalogue, list, or similar shall be construed to enlarge, vary or override in any way the terms of this clause.
7.2 Tea Network expressly does not warrant that any employer accessing the website and offering employment is a genuine organisation. Tea Network provides a forum for self-declared employers to advertise job opportunities. Tea Network does not vet such employers. If you have any complaint concerning such a prospective employer you should immediately contact us at the address set out in condition 1.2 above.
7.3 The internet is a volatile environment, subject to breakdown. Tea Network offers no guarantee of uninterrupted access to its website and shall not be liable for any breakdown that occurs.
8. Our Liability to You
8.1 To the full extent allowed by law you accept and agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any other person for any loss or damage (including consequential or indirect loss or damage), loss of revenue or profits (howsoever described) whether direct or indirect howsoever caused and arising out of your use of our website.
8.2 Nothing in these Terms, shall limit or exclude our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence.
9. Prices
9.1 All prices in respect of the services we offer on the website are quoted in pounds sterling (£). They include VAT payable.
9.2 Please note that on all requests for access emanating from outside the UK, it is your responsibility to obtain any licences required and to pay any import or other duties that may be applicable.
9.3 We may change the price charged for our services as set out on the website at any time and without any notice.
9.4 We try to ensure that all prices given on the site are correct. However, mistakes can occur. If we have quoted an incorrect price on the site and if the correct price is lower than that quoted, we will automatically assume that you wish to continue with your order. However if the correct price is higher than that originally quoted, we will contact you to ask if you still want to receive our services.

The Tea Network and Talent and Production trademarks remain the exclusive property of Tea Network Limited and each is protected by international and UK copyright and other intellectual property laws. Any form of reproduction, either complete or partial, of any part of our website is strictly prohibited. You may not incorporate any part of our website into any other work or publication without our prior written consent.

11.1 Tea Network takes the issue of the privacy and protection of your personal data very seriously. Tea Network is committed to complying with all relevant UK Data Protection legislation. We use the Internet technology sometimes known as cookies to store the information that you give us. This helps us to understand the services and products you are interested in. We will not disclose any of your personal information to anyone outside Tea Network unless your use of our site authorises us to do so. In accessing these websites you leave the control of Tea Network. Accordingly, Tea Network can accept no responsibility or liability in respect of these other websites. You should take every reasonable precaution in accessing these sites and you are solely responsible for so doing.
12. Force Majeure
Each of us shall be released from our respective obligations in the event of national emergency, war, strike, mechanical breakdown, governmental regulation or if any other cause beyond the reasonable control of us renders the performance of the agreement between us impossible.
13. Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Talent and Production website shall be construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
